How to measure

CHEST - With arms by side, measure around the fullest part of chest.

WAIST - Measure around waist at navel.

HIP - Measure around the fullest part of buttocks.

TORSO - Measure from centre of shoulder through legs and back to the same shoulder (back to the start of tape).

Designed in a longer length shape with smooth finish seams on the neckline and armholes to ensure there is no restriction during training. Featuring a fully reversible design. One side is panelled in bold contrast colour with Sylvia P branding, the other side is one plain colour with Sylvia P branded elastic. Made from our SP Activate fabrication which is quick drying, breathable and moisture wicking with a 4-way stretch and firm hold.
