CLUB MERCHANDISE DESIGN STEPS AND TIMELINE
THE BRIEF
The brief is important to get right from the start. Try to have a clear vision of what your club needs and wants, so that when we send your brief over to our design team, they can quickly and easily get your desired result without any fuss.
THE DESIGN
The design process will incur a fee based on time needed to create your new club merchandise brand. Once your brief has been sent through, our design team will assess it and let you know before commencement what fees will be involved, this is worked out on an hourly rate. Once happy with your design, you can order samples of the merchandise at retail price, no minimum orders required.
Once your design brief is ready simply email it through to your account manager.
DESIGN TIMELINE
The following design timelines apply:
1. Your design proof will take 10 business days
2. Each revision will require 4 business days
Please note that any more than two revisions may incur a revision fee of $10 each time.
APPROVALS & ORDERS
Once you have approved your design, we will save them and to help keep the ordering process quick and painless we’ll set your team administrators up with access to the Online Team Portal to view and order products through our website.
The following timelines will apply for team shop setup and orders.
1. Your team shop will take 7 business days to setup
2. Orders placed take 6 weeks from date of order
