SP Besties Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Participation:
1.1. To be eligible for our SP Bestie program, you must have a valid social media presence or website that aligns with our brand's values and target audience. If you're under 18, we strongly suggest parental guidance in navigating these Ts & Cs and our affiliate program in general.
1.2. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any SP Bestie application at our discretion without providing a reason.
1.3. By joining our SP Bestie Brand Representative Program you allow us to use your content on our paid and organic channels
2. SP Bestie Brand Representative Responsibilities:
2.1. As an SP Bestie Brand Representative, you are responsible for promoting Sylvia P through your approved channels (e.g., social media, website, blog).
2.2. As an SP Bestie Brand Representative, you are required to audit your following list frequently to ensure our online community is kept safe.
2.3. You agree not to engage in any misleading, false, or unethical marketing practices.
2.4. You are responsible for creating your own content and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.5. You may not promote our brand on websites or platforms that contain offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content.
2.6. You must disclose you are an SP Bestie Brand Representative on your posts with #SPBestie #partner and must tag @sylviap in each post that features our products.
2.7. You must post a minimum of twice a month on your approved affiliate channels (e.g., social media, website, blog) each post featuring our products. This must include at least one static post.
2.8. As an SP Bestie Brand Representative, you are responsible to update the Sylvia P team with any details that have changed (e.g., size, address, payment methods).
2.9. As an SP Bestie Brand Representative, you are required to purchase any extra items outside of the two free products once the collection has officially launched.
3. Brand Usage and Intellectual Property:
3.1. You may use our brand assets and content solely for the purpose of promoting our products as part of the SP Bestie Brand Representative program.
3.2. You may not alter, modify, or use our brand assets in any way that could potentially harm our brand's reputation.
4. Termination:
4.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice.
4.2. We reserve the right to terminate an SP Bestie Brand Representatives participation in the program if they violate any of these terms and conditions, or for gross misconduct.
4.3. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid, but no further commissions will be earned.
5. Confidentiality:
5.1. You agree to keep all non-public information about our brand, products, campaigns, releases and SP Bestie Brand Representative program confidential.
6. Modifications:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, commission rates, or any other aspect of the SP Bestie Brand Representative program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to SP Bestie Brand Representatives.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the SP Bestie Brand Representative program.
By participating in our SP Bestie Brand Representative Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and our brand regarding the SP Bestie Brand Representative program.
