What's a fun fact about yourself?
Oh gosh… I love to travel, and food and produce is my love language.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
Introducing and connecting more Clubs and Gymnasts with Sylvia P and exploring what we have to offer specific to their club. I love engaging with new and existing customers, listening to their needs and suggesting the best fit.
What do you think makes a signature Sylvia P Teamwear Leo stand out from the rest?
Our creative concepts, attention to detail and fit of the leotards on the athletes is what makes us stand out.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalog?
My Favourite Team Wear Collection to date is 25-26 Renew Collection. I was extremely fortunate in being to assist on the shoot and it was an incredible experience seeing the concept and design process the whole way through.
Within this collection the ‘Ignite Collection’ is my favourite. I love the block colours and elevated look of the designs; Kayla is my favourite.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
For Women's Gymnastics, my favourite is Beam and for Men’s Gymnastics it’s High Bar—can’t leave the boys out!

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I rode camelback through the Sahara desert and slept under the stars.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
The people I work with and relationships I build. My clients become extended family and I am grateful to call many of them friends.
What do you think makes a signature Sylvia P Teamwear Leo stand out from the rest?
Our attention to detail. It’s the small details that make our garments like no other. Every seam aligning perfectly, every crystal placed with intention and scaled properly to size, even down to hand placing stones to make sure they are perfect.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalog?
Lainey is my favourite leotard this season. It is everything we embody with design and craftsmanship. It has delicate stone detailing, flawless transitions between materials and seams, and is both elegant and powerful.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
Vault is mind blowing- the speed, power, and precision.

What's a fun fact about yourself?
Went on safari to see the Great Migration in Tanzania… almost became part of it when our hot air balloon crash-dragged across the savannah.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
I love how the Sylvia P team truly values teamwork and collaboration. Every detail matters—from fit and function to sparkle and style—and it shows in everything we do. Getting to work with coaches and clubs to create something beautiful, meaningful, and performance-ready is incredibly rewarding.

Our leotards don’t just look amazing — they’re designed for real athletes. With premium materials, thoughtful construction, and the option to fully customize, each design reflects the athlete’s identity and the team's spirit. It’s the attention to detail and passion behind every stitch that sets us apart.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalog?
Scarlett, for sure. Not only is it a stunning design that commands attention, but it’s named after my daughter. It’s strong, feminine, and full of personality—just like her. That connection makes it extra special to me.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
Bars. It’s one of the most technically challenging events, but when it’s done right, it’s absolute beauty in motion. I’m always in awe of the combination of strength, timing, and grace it takes to make it look effortless.
JESSICA

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I was a tennis player my whole life. I played college tennis and even some small level pro tournaments. I coached up until recently and was able to travel all over with it. Another fun fact: I love food! I love to show my children different cultures and food is a great vessel to do that!
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
My favourite thing about my role with SP is the relationships that I get to develop. I can be in contact with people all over the country and in Australia. I like to make it feel like we are all one big family. From Sylvia and the Pichler family, everyone at HQ to the gyms in small town America, the relationships being built add so much beauty to life.
What do you think makes a signature Sylvia P Teamwear Leo stand out from the rest?
I can always tell a SP leotard when I see it. The design is truly stunning, whether it is a tank style or custom long sleeve leotard. From the crystals to the fabric, to the overall construction, you can see the level of love and attention that goes into each garment.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalog?
My favourite collection from the 25/26 is the Focus Collection. I love the Callie leotard. The design is stunning, yet simple. It is flattering on all body types and is just beautiful. I also love Margot and Alara!
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
I love to watch bars. My daughter is a gymnast and it is her fav so I will stick with that. I do love watching amazing beam workers as well. Helen Hu from Missouri is hands down my favourite beam worker.

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I am a boy mom and love every minute of it! I have an 18 and 22 year old both at Texas A&M.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
I love helping customers create something new and unique for their team. It’s so much fun to see how different all the designs are and how happy my clients are with the finished product.
What do you think makes a signature Sylvia P Teamwear Leo stand out from the rest?
We definitely stand out from the rest with our unique patterns and bright colours. Our strappy backs draw a lot of teams to Sylvia P.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalog?
My 2025 collection favourite is Margot from Focus.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
My favourite apparatus is Floor!

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I did gymnastics from childhood through college.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
I love getting to help gyms design their unique garments specifically to their program and then seeing the final product on the competition floor.

The quality and craftmanship by far!
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalogue?
The Alice is my favorite leotard from our new collection. She is stunning.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
Floor by far. I used to love competing it. It really allows your personality to shine through.

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I am really interested in ancestry and history, I tend to be a very nostalgic person, so finding more about my family history and what makes us who we are is intriguing.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
The design process is like Christmas morning, once the client and I have put together some great ideas, it’s so exciting to see the design come through for us to view!
What do you think makes a signature Sylvia P Teamwear Leo stand out from the rest?
It’s the attention to detail we see in each step that comes together to create a show-stopping leotard. From our talented designers to the quality of materials used, I believe we are truly the leader in custom leos.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalogue?
I currently have two favourites: I love the crystal detail and coverage that the Lainey leo has to offer.
On a personal note, if I were outfitting my own team I think I would pick the Callie 3Q. I love the asymmetrical design along with the detail of the binding. I would choose the heavy standard crystals and stick with a monochromatic colour pallet.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
My favourite will always be Floor. It beautifully pairs strength and grace and you can see the gymnast's true personality shine through.

What's a fun fact about yourself?
For a short period of time (although it seemed long at the time), I was raising 14 puppies while also having the momma dog, two bunnies and two children under the age of 10 at home all at the same time. It wasn't by choice, but life happens, and you roll with the punches.
What is your favourite thing about your role with SP?
I love meeting and getting to know all the many gym owners and coaches that I work with. It's especially nice during our sales tours and Congress when we get to meet with the gymnastics community face-to-face.
What do you think makes a signature Sylvia P Teamwear Leo stand out from the rest?
I think having the whole Pichler family involved with so much love and passion in everything they do, combined with the amazing and talented designers, creates a bit of magic. The whole Sylvia team is continuously looking for ways to improve and be more innovative and creative.
What is your favourite collection (and or leotard) from our 2025-26 Catalog?
It's so hard to pick one! I'll pick one collection and one leotard. I'll say my favourite collection is Focus and my favourite leotard is Lainey.
What’s your favourite gymnastics apparatus?
My favourite apparatus to do was bars, but my favourite to watch is floor.
